What’s Hot In Hollywood Today - Lindsay Doesn’t Like Head Games, But Does Like Foreigner

Posted in Daily Gossip on January 11th, 2009 by admin

lindsay-lohan-picture-1.jpgI’m not sure why we care about every detail of Lindsay Lohan’s life, yet we do. Just so you know, she’s still denying a breakup with gal pal Samantha Ronson, despite their public catfights lately. She also took some time to blast the tabloids and paparazzi in her blog, noting that they play too many “head games,” and also displaying she was currently listeing to the old Foreigner song. When not listening to old 70s rock, she watches Without a Trace, as she thinks Anthony LaPaglia’s character is “boss.” I don’t care what she says, I still think she is on the path of distinguishing Sam’s 15 minutes of fame, and that it will be the DJ that is gone “without a trace” from our daily gossip pages.

Ryan Midnight is reporting that Charles Barkley is going to be gone “without a trace” from TNT indefinitely. The results are in from his blood test after his DUI arrest last weekend. The good news is that he’s not pregnant; the bad news is that he was drunk. TNT has dropped him from his basketball gig indefinitely. What’s Dennis Rodman doing these days?

The security cameras at a Burbank hat store stopped Marty Ingels from being gone “without a trace.” The cameras caught Ingels clearly taking a $500 hat from the store in December, according to TMZ, but he maintains that it’s all a misunderstanding. The D.A. is agreeing and have decided to not charge Ingels. Do you think maybe Shirley Jones doesn’t give him enough of an allowance? I always thought she should end up with Ruben Kincaid anyway. I think in the long run he would have been a better choice than Rob Petrie’s old Army buddy, Sol.

What’s Hot In Hollywood Today - Patrick Swayze Hospitalized

Posted in Daily Gossip on January 9th, 2009 by admin

patrick_swayze-1651.jpgThis is the kind of thing that just makes you feel terrible, similar to Jett Travolta’s tragic death. According to Pop Eater, Patrick Swayze has checked himself into the hospital after coming down with pneumonia. He was supposed to make an appearance at a meeting of the Television Critics Association to promote his new show Beast. This is just days after we watched his interview with Barbara Walters, talking about how his pancreatic cancer has affected his life. It’s just terribly sad.

Perhaps they have a family plan at the drug treatment center. Redmond O’Neal’s drug charges have been postponed to a later date, but his father, Ryan O’Neal pled guilty to a felony charge of drug possession. Both O’Neals were charged after the father’s home was swept for probationary reasons, which turned up a vial of methamphetamines. Peope.com claims Ryan O’Neal was sentenced to eighteen months in a drug deferment program. He gets to now sit and wait for his son to hopefully arrive to keep him company.

Two people were arrested in a burglary at Gregg Allman’s house in Georgia on December 27th, according to Pop Eater. Craig Matthew George, 27, and Brittney Ann Sahlberg, 19, both of Richmond Hill, were charged and accused of taking a coin collection, knives, and unreleased concert recordings. Allman, 61, was out of town durng the break-in. The bad news in all of it is that Allman knows the suspects, but won’t say how. I just think the thieves should be tied to a “whipping post.”

Courtesy of a Hollywood Trivia Calendar by E!, here’s your trivia for today. The previous answer was Academy Award for her leading role in The Good Girl. Jennifer Aniston has never been nominated for an Oscar. I really like her in Marley & Me, and it’s my favorite movie of the year, but I don’t think that’s going to earn her an Oscar either.

Today’s question: True or False: Real-life music lover John Cusack hand-picked Peter Gabriel’s In Your Eyes for his iconic boombox serenade in Say Anything. Answer tomorrow. Feel free to chime in in the comments with your answers.

a. True
b. False
