We can rest assured now, as American Idol season three winner Fantasia Barrino has a place of her own again to rest her weary self. In debt “up to her eyeballs” according to a previous report for $58,000, she has worked a deal with Broward Energy Partners for the sum that she owes, and they will no longer be putting her house up for sale, according to TMZ. She had borrowed the cash originally to pay her taxes. Let’s just hope she doesn’t start taking tax advice from Richard Hatch.

This is definitely one to stop the presses. Amy Wineshouse is telling News of the World that she’s off drugs, according to TMZ. Seriously. Winehouse claims she just doesn’t need them anymore. She is also openly admitting to an affair with Josh Bowman while vacationing in St. Lucia. She’s not very concerned about her marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil, noting their whole marriage was based on drugs. He doesn’t seem to mind too much either, as he’s already talking to his lawyer about starting divorce proceedings. So she’s done with the husband and not doing drugs. Now, if we could only do something about that hair …

And finally, I’m not sure whether it was fans, Haley Joel Osment himself, or even Osment’s sister, the Hannah Montana costar, but someone has placed quite the decoration on his car in the snow. They weren’t content to to leave a love note or draw hearts all over the windshield. They drew quite the lovely picture on the back window, and it’s quite large. I’m pretending like I’m too much a lady to say the word, so here’s the picture if you’d like to see for yourself over at TMZ.

Someone ought to tell the American Idol hopefuls this season that being an Idol isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, especially as a winner. Fantasia Barrino is in debt “up to her eyeballs” according to TMZ.. Sheriff’s deputies have been trying to track her down regarding the $65,000 she owes on a loan, but she’s not owning up to it, and neither is anyone else in her camp. Her home in Charlotte is going to end up going on the market on Monday.

This just in from TMZ that Kevn Costner was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday. He was driving to a meeting in Hollywood around 10:00 in the morning when he started feeling light-headed and ill. He did the right thing, pulling over, calling 911, and waiting for help to arrive. While he was waiting, he started throwing up. Paramedics transported him to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he underwent tests, but when they turned up negative, Costner was released. I’d be afraid to drive alone now. Any women out there willing to just sit and stare at him all day … you know, just in case something happened again?

Kid Rock is still really upset about Judge Alvin T. Wong telling him that performing for our troops overseas isn’t community service, as the judge feels it’s just doing what Rock would normally be doing, performing, so it isn’t much of a punishment. Did Rock disagreed on his blog, according to Starpulse, published the judges contact details online, and is now telling TMZ if the judge likes practicing law so much, he should go “practice f**king law in Iraq for a month, if he’s so badass.” I’m guessng Judge Wong will turn him down. The eighty hours community service was Rock’s punishment for his Waffle House brawl.

Pardon my Homer Simpson moment here. Mmm, waffles.
