What’s Hot In Hollywood Today - No, Honey, He’s Not Stupid
Kelly Osbourne was arrested for assaulting someone that called her fiancé, Luke Worrall, “stupid.” People.com tells us this stems from an incident that happened last summer at a nightclub. Prior to this, gossip columnist Zoe Griffin had written that Worrall had to ask what an earthquake was, and she mocked him in the piece and called him stupid. Osbourne later came up to Griffin in a nightclub and slapped her in the face for making fun of her boyfriend. Out on bail, Osbourne will have to continue this in court in March. Will Osbourne now slap everyone that has reported this story of her being arrested because we’re also mentioning her boyfriend might be stupid?
And is it me, or does Kelly not look a lot like her momma in that picture above?
Speaking of being somewhat ignorant of facts, Snoop Dogg is trying desperately to get back to the UK after being banned because of the incident at Heathrow Airport where he and his entourage became abusive after being told they couldn’t board their flight. He is now looking for some help from his buddies, calling on David Beckham and Paul McCartney to make pleas for him. Oddly, as TMZ pointed out, he also wants help from Madonna and John Lennon. Madonna isn’t a citizen of the UK and needs her own visa, and Lennon died several years ago, and if not, maybe after Snoop gets to the UK, they should let Mark David Chapman out of Attica.
I’m beginning to wonder if possibly a different career path could have landed Tom Cruise in jail for twenty years as well. We see him as a little kooky sometimes, but maybe people would have thought that about Mark David Chapman, too, had we seen him dancing in his underwear and jumping on couches before we saw him with a smoking gun. With the release of his film Valkyrie, Cruise is quoted in USA Today as saying, “I always wanted to kill Hitler.” And that was something he often thought about as a child. I can honestly say I never thought about going back in time to kill Hitler.
